Each CRB has a credit reporting policy that explains how they manage credit-related personal information. You can request a copy of your credit report directly from any CRB. If you believe your credit report contains errors, you can request a correction from the CRB.
You have the right to request that a CRB not use your credit reporting information for pre-screening of direct marketing by a credit provider. You also have the right to request that a CRB not use or disclose your credit reporting information if you believe on reasonable grounds that you have been, or are likely to be, a victim of fraud.
Overseas disclosure
Some of our technology service providers may store or process data overseas (for example, cloud services hosted in the United States or Europe).
